Just wanted to let you know how happy we are with our sitters Scott & Kasha. Our oldest dog Wilder is a very anxious dog and absolutely hates the kennel! Since we have used VIP, we have come home to a happy, relaxed dog. Wilder and his brother Wrigley enjoy staying in their own home and love having someone to play with them while we are gone. Scott & Kasha have provided us with prompt and detailed feedback after each visit which we greatly appreciate. We look forward to our continuing relationship with VIP.

Copper Scooter Thank you so much for the excellent care of our pets this holiday season! This was our first petsitting experience after several negative experiences with kennels. I would not hesitate at all to use VIP Petsitting again. Tim did an excellent job of making sure our pups were healthy and happy the whole time we were away. Our dogs are quite a handful but he gave them just as much love as we would have if we could have been home.

Alex & Sadie the Basset Hound

My name is Alex and Sadie, my Basset Hound, and I have been using Very Important Pets for since 1993.

Certainly, Sadie's needs have changed during this time period. She has gone
from being a pup to an 11-year-old elderly dog. During each phase of her life, Very Important Pets has provided her with exceptional care.

From the small refrigerator magnets with Sadie's picture on it, to the personalized notes telling me how Sadie fared while I was away, Very Important Pets provides an outstanding service. I never worry about having to drop off or pick Sadie up at a kennel, having to cage her, or putting her through the ordeal of being boarded. Instead, her good friends Gene or Jennifer stop by a few times a day to provide her with love and attention. Sadie loves them and I value the peace of mind that VIP provides me with when I work late or travel.

Sadie and I both want to thank Very Important Pets for all their help over the past 8 years. We would recommend their services to any pet owner who really wants to provide their best friend with a loving touch when they have to be away from home.

I travel a lot for work, and my two cats, Casey (pictured at left) and Jones (pictured below) really hate it when I’m away. I want to make sure that even thought I’m not there, there is a regular human presence for them. What’s most important to me, though, is my pet sitters are reliable, responsive and really care about my cats and their well-being.

Very Important Pets does this in an excellent manner, and have never disappointed me, or caused me concern about whether my cats are being taken care of. They always show up, and have been extremely flexible when my travel plans change mid-trip. When I return, they leave a detailed, personalized note regarding how the cats did while I was away. The contents of these notes demonstrate that Very Important Pets are really getting to know Casey and Jones, and this gives me a great deal of comfort knowing I have left my cats in the hands of people who can tell when something may be wrong and really enjoy being around them

My most recent pet-sitter takes pictures of the cats and makes them into refrigerator magnets or other keepsakes. They are fun to get and are really a personalized touch. I would highly recommend Very Important Pets to anyone who wants dependable, caring service for their pets.
